Internapa College in collaboration with the volunteer team Helping Hearts, under the auspices of Mayor Sotiras, organizes an event of solidarity and support to our fellow human beings who need it.
The purpose of this event is to collect food so that we can help families in need during these difficult times.

Our fellow human beings who wish to donate food and support this effort can attend the parking lot of Internapa College in Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 09:00 to 17:00

To fulfill the purpose, we accept donations of food, canned food, cleaning products, hygiene products, before the expiration date and in good condition.
The food that is stored, we take care to have a long shelf life and to cover, as much as possible, the nutritional needs.
- Oil, sugar, honey, olives, rice, wheat, lentils, chickpeas, beans, spaghetti, flour
- Salt (thick for meat pickling - and fine for nutritional needs)
- Milk (mainly powdered, but also concentrated canned)
- Coffee, Tea
- Canned food: meat, fish, fruit. vegetables, beans
- Nuts & nuts
- Cleaning items: chlorine, mops, floor cleaners
- Hygiene products: toothpaste, soap, women's hygiene items, shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper, diapers, wipes
