COVID-19: These are the nine new symptoms

Nine new symptoms have been added to the already recognized coronavirus symptoms

Nine new symptoms have been added to the already recognized coronavirus symptoms.

The British health system warns that many of the new symptoms are "very similar" to those of the common cold and the flu.

The first signs of Covid infection identified in Britain were:

  • Fever
  • Persistent cough
  • Loss of smell or taste

Now, according to the BBC, the British list of symptoms includes nine more:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Feeling tired or exhausted
  • Body aches
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Clogged nose or runny nose
  • Loss of appetite
  • Diarrhea
  • Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally
