Foods for strong and healthy hair!

All women definitely want to have healthy and shiny hair as it is an important part of our image. We use various products for their care such as masks, conditioners, oils and others, but we often forget our diet.

Did you know that a lack of various vitamins and minerals can cause hair loss or hair loss? So read below and see what foods can help you get strong, healthy hair!

Eggs: They are an excellent source of protein and biotin (vitamin B7), elements that enhance hair growth, while being rich in zinc and selenium.

Seeds: are a source of vitamin E, zinc and selenium while some of them are rich in omega-3 fats such as chia seeds and flaxseed.

Sweet peppers: is an important source of vitamin C which helps in hair growth, in the production of collagen while it is a powerful antioxidant. They also contain vitamin A which enhances the production of sebum in the scalp which contributes to the health of the hair.

Beans: They are a source of vegetable protein and contain zinc, iron, biotin and folic acid.

Meat: is an excellent source of animal protein, while red meat in particular contains heme iron that is easily absorbed by our body.

A diet that contains a little of all the above foods, can help you meet your nutritional needs in nutrients, so as to make your hair healthier, stronger and shinier.
