A fire broke out between the old village of Achnas and Dasaki Achnas.
The Republic of Cyprus responded with 3 vehicles which were put on alert while firefighting vehicles of the occupied and British Bases attempted.
The fire burned dry grass. The area is the territory of British bases and was taken under control late in the afternoon.
