With its announcement, the "Isaac-Solomou Memorial Initiative" informed that it is organizing a protest rally "WE ARE ALL FAMAGUSTIANS - WE ARE ALL FROM KYRENIA" on Saturday, October 17 at 19:30. The protest will take place at the Deryneia roadblock as an attempt to silence the voice of all Cypriots against the illegal action of the Turks.

The "Isaac-Solomos Memorial Initiative" will not remain idle in the new Turkish challenge in the enclosed city of occupied Famagusta. Tayyip Erdogan, in collaboration with the puppet of Ersin Tatar, broke out on the body of the Turkish-occupied Famagusta and set up a fiesta against all the refugees. We do not tolerate it. We do not tolerate the campaign of Turkification of Famagusta and we insist that every corner of occupied Cyprus, from Morphou to Karpasia and from Kyrenia to Varosia must become a symbol of struggle and resistance. We do not tolerate it. Refugees from all over Cyprus must resist the Turkish operation to impose it. The "Isaac-Solomos Memorial Initiative", as defined in the manifesto of memory, will not be left with folded arms. He will react, as Tassos and Solomos would like, who ran with their eyes to the occupied Famagusta. We do not compromise with anything less than the freedom that will justify every sacrifice, that will rest every soul, that will alleviate the pain of every refugee, whether from Varosioti, Karpasitis, Keryneioti or Morfiti.
