A new "boutique" hotel is being added to the tourist development of Ayia Napa.
This is a 3-star hotel unit which will be built on Kryou Nero Avenue and next to the hotel complex "River Rock".
The proposed project will have 34 rooms (68 beds) and belongs to the Tourist Zone T1c and Ev of the area of Ayia Napa and will occupy an area of 1.030 sq.m. (coverage) and the total construction of the project will amount to 1.865 sq.m.
Specifically, it will include 20 standard rooms, 4 rooms for the disabled and 10 suites, a lounge / lobby and a lounge, an outdoor rooftop pool with pool bar, a gym and massage parlor, a games room, a breakfast room, a themed restaurant and shops.
The Hotel will be constructed with 5 floors (permitted floors 3 plus 2) in an area where there are currently shops that will be reused after construction.
