Ayia Napa: Honored as "Ambassador of Tourism" British

The highest distinction of the Municipality was awarded today, Monday, October 12, by the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou to the British traveler Sue Creed on the occasion of her 45th visit to Ayia Napa.

The awarding of the commemorative plaque and the emblem of the "Ambassador of Tourism" took place in a special ceremony at the Municipal Palace.
In his conversation with her, Mr. Zannettou expressed his warm thanks to her both for her numerous visits and for her special preference for Ayia Napa. "Your multiple visits demonstrate your practical love for our city and are the best Advertising both in your country and in other countries abroad that Ayia Napa is a remarkable tourist destination that is worth visiting for this and we today no longer consider you just as a regular visitor but a citizen of our city.
