The inauguration of the new, luxurious offices of the Ayia Napa Marina on Kennedy Avenue in Nicosia took place with great success on October 10, in the presence of state officials, associates and friends of the company.
In the extremely well-kept office space, equipped with the most modern means of video and audio projection, the CEO of the company, Mr. Stavros Karamontanis, welcoming the distinguished guests, referred to the progress of the construction work of the project, which was based on the idea of the father , Gerasimos Karamontanis, and is implemented with the support of the Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris, who became the major shareholder of the project and at the same time the largest foreign investor in Cyprus. As Mr. Karamontanis stated: "The Marina of Ayia Napa, as the largest development project in our country at this time, worth € 220 million, is progressing rapidly in terms of construction projects of the first phase, mainly that of earthworks and creation of the peninsula on and around which the project will be developed. "Work is proceeding normally and the progress made is impressive."
"The way our new offices are designed and operated is part of our Strategy and Philosophy in relation to the communication we want to have with those who come in contact with the project and us", added Mr. Karamontanis, presenting the new corporate identity of Ayia Napa Marina, with a renewed logo and a new website.
Afterwards, the guests were guided to the premises of the new offices, which include a real-size apartment of the East Tower of Ayia Napa Marina. The visitor has the opportunity to enter the apartment itself, to tour its premises and thus to perceive in the best possible way the experience it will offer to its future buyers. At the same time in a specially designed space, those interested can choose construction materials for indoor and outdoor spaces, between four concepts for villas and three concepts for apartments.
Soon, as Mr. Karamontanis announced, the construction of new sales offices of the company in Ayia Napa will follow with the same reasoning.
