The "Adopt a Family at Christmas" Campaign, which was launched a month ago by the Provincial Volunteer Coordination Council (ESSE) of Famagusta, has been completed
The Provincial Volunteer Coordinating Council (ESSE) of Famagusta collected a quantity of basic necessities, Christmas food, toys, gifts and other essentials for families in our province who are struggling financially.
The President of the Famagusta Provincial Volunteer Coordinating Council Vassos Christodoulou in a statement said that
"Christmas is the time when the heart rejoices. It is time to see the world with different eyes full of love and hope. Let's remember that the world is full of people just like us. From ordinary people, with problems the same as ours, with sensitive hearts, with souls that yearn for respect and acceptance. We sincerely thank the female volunteers and the volunteer friends from the Famagusta Police Department, the 7th M/K Infantry Brigade, the Xylofagos High School, the Kokkinohoria and Paralimni High Schools, the Ayia Napa Marina, and other public and private agencies for undivided support and cooperation".
