Everyone would like their bosses to receive a gift when the value of their business takes off. However, this is not done everywhere. Or rather, to be precise, it is done in a few jobs.
Spanx, however, is one of the exceptions to this rule and did so in an impressive way, shortly after Blackstone bought a large stake in it. You see, this deal resulted in the value of the company reaching $ 1,2 billion and Sara Blakely decided not to keep the profits for her party.
So he organized a small company, during which he made a significant one for the approximately 500 employees.
So when they did not expect it, a small globe began to spin and he wondered aloud why he was doing this.
In fact, it had a sequel…
"If you go on a trip, you may want to have a very good dinner, you may want to stay in a very good hotel, so all along with the two plane tickets you will get $ 10.000."
In fact, in the video, you can see the reactions of the employees, with some girls crying with joy.
