(a) Regarding the issue of harassment, to which Mr. Perdikis's question refers, it falls within the competences of the Ministry of Interior through the Local Authorities, based on the legislation on Municipalities and Communities. (b) Factors affecting air emissions and impacts from the operation of livestock and waste treatment plants fall within the remit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment.

(c) The Labor Inspection Department of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance is responsible for the prevention, reduction and control of air pollution from specific industrial installations under specialized legislation [on Air Pollution Control Law 2002 to 2018 and on Industrial Emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) Laws of 2013 and 2016], through which a prevention and control system is implemented that includes the licensing of industrial installations and the systematic monitoring of their operation with on-site inspections and measurements of gas emissions.
