Around 4.10 p.m. Today, members of the Famagusta Traffic Police stopped a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old in Paralimni for inspection.
The 40-year-old, who was driving at a speed of 108 kilometers per hour, instead of 50, was arrested for a self-inflicted crime and then, after being charged in writing, he was released.
He is expected to appear before the Famagusta District Court tomorrow.
The Famagusta Traffic Police continues the examinations.
