On September 5, the services of the Famagusta Land Registry will be relocated from Larnaca to Paralimni.
In fact, a relevant announcement has been posted at the offices of the Existing branch in Paralimni in which the public is notified that the last day of service will be August 31st.
It is noted that the relocation of the Famagusta Land Registry from Larnaca to Paralimni was a field of controversy between the local authorities of free Famagusta and Larnaca Land Registry officials as well as a portion of MPs mainly due to the way the new building was selected by the Government.
The new building that will house the Government Departments of the Land Registry and Urban Planning of Famagusta is located at the roundabout Paralimni-Ayia Napa-Protaras, next to McDonalds.
