More than 400 people defied the cold and the possibility of rain on Saturday night and found themselves on the streets of Paralimni where they had fun until late at night in the established night parade for the Famagusta Carnival.
The Queen of Famagusta Carnival Maria Armenaki as "Aphrodite of Cape Greco" walked and had fun with the hundreds of carnivalgoers who, accompanied by music, celebrated before the big parade on Sunday.
