Nearly half of the candidates took the exams for the 250 positions in the Police and Fire Brigade on Saturday. Specifically, instead of 2841 candidates, who were registered, 1770 came to the examination centers, while the process took place without problems, according to the spokesperson of the Police, Andreas Angelidis.
Specifically, the positions were 210 in the Police and 40 in the Fire Brigade.
A total of 15 examination centers operated, added Mr. Angelidis. Ten in Nicosia and five in Limassol.
