The province of Famagusta will celebrate today and tomorrow the anniversary of the beginning of the National Liberation Struggle of EOKA 1955-'59 with events.
Tonight at 7 in his Community Avgorou There will be a trishagio and lighting of a flame at the Monument of April 1, 1955-'59, while a Squadron will carry a flame to the Technical and Agricultural School of Avgorou, where at 7:30 a festive celebration will take place. The celebration is organized by THOI Avgorou, the teaching group PA.DED - Protoporia, the Teachers' Movement "Change", ESTIA Greece-Cyprus and the Association of Fighters EOKA 1955-'59 Famagusta. In Paralimni The solemn doxology will be performed at 9:30 in the Metropolitan Church of Agios Georgios Horostatountos of the Metropolitan of Constantia, Vassilios.
