A 33-year-old Greek resident of Ayia Napa was arrested yesterday for possession of green dry cannabis plant material.
According to the Police, yesterday members of YKAN searched the apartment of a 33-year-old Greek man who lives in Ayia Napa under a court warrant.
During the search, a quantity of green dry cannabis plant weighing about 13 grams, a precision scale containing about 2 grams of cannabis, a plastic mill with traces of green dry cannabis plant and the amount of 360 euros were found on a table. .
The 33-year-old was arrested and transferred to the offices of YKAN Famagusta, where during interrogation he made a written statement in which he confessed to committing the crimes and was taken into custody.
The case is being investigated by YKAN Famagusta.
