If you want to drastically reduce smoking and why not stop it once and for all, add the following nutritious foods to your daily diet:

* Natural juices without sugar (lemonade, orange juice) and water
* Cheese, yogurt and milk
* Fruit
*Vegetables
*Legumes
*Cinnamon
* Carrots
*Greens
*Lettuce
* Passatempos

The foods that the cigarette "loves":

Limit the following unhealthy and at the same time fattening foods because they increase the need for cigarettes by luring smokers into excessive cigarette abuse:

*Meat
* Alcoholic beverages
*Potato chips
*Nuts
*Coffee
*Soft drinks
*Cold cuts
* Fried and generally fatty foods
* Foods with sauces and spices
