Fortunately, the phone call received at 09:20 in the morning by the Customer Service Center of a well-known supermarket chain in Cyprus, which spoke of the existence of a bomb in the store of the said supermarket, turned out to be a farce.

An unknown person threatened at 09:20 in the morning, by phone, that a bomb would soon explode in the said supermarket. The unknown person called the customer service office of the supermarket chain in Limassol, to inform that there is a bomb in the store in Paralimni.

Members of the Police rushed to the scene and blocked the scene.

In fact, as Sigmalive is informed, in addition to the evacuation of the supermarket, the Police proceeded to evacuate two schools which are located near it.

After about two hours and after a thorough investigation by the Police, it was found that it was a phone call - a hoax, as no bomb was found inside the supermarket, as warned by the unknown
