The children learned to ride safely
The event, which began with a Trisagio at the Monument of the Fallen and Missing Savior in front of the Primary School, was attended by dozens of students, both from the school and other schools of the Savior with many parents accompanying their children.
Afterwards, short speeches and recommendations were made to the cyclists, by the Mayor Sotiras, the President of the Parents' Association, the Head of Community Policing Sotiras and by an experienced cyclist who explained in detail the sport of cycling.
The cycling started from the courtyard of the church of the Transfiguration of the Savior, became a tour of the Savior and ended in the precinct of Agia Paraskevi where breakfast was offered to children.
The event was held under the auspices of Mayor Sotiras Mr. George Takkas.
