Are all the students to blame?

A student may be expelled for his or her behavior. But a teacher? Is there punishment for them?…

We often hear about various events that happen from time to time in schools. Most of the time we say "students are to blame" because they did not learn to respect. But how fair is it to blame young people when we know there are people who do not deserve to be in school?

We assume that because someone does not enter the classroom, is late for school, writes low grades in competitions, is a bum! But how many teachers get into the process of talking to these children instead of yelling at them or dismissing them?

They will answer me, of course, that they have the role of teacher and not of psychologist. But it seems inconceivable to me that anyone who wants to get a teacher's degree or be appointed a teacher should not love children. But you will tell me something else, that the choice of the profession of teacher and teacher, was made based on other "criteria", but we will not stop there.

It is really sad that there are so many people who love children and teaching and who are in danger of NEVER being appointed! And do you know why? Because some are in this profession for "financial" reasons and not for the pure reasons of love of the teaching function.

A good teacher is the one who will teach humanity! The one who will ask you: "What do you have today and you are not well?" The one who will tell you about his life. How do you expect the young man or woman to respect you if all you care about is "covering" the material?

The error of this society is that any graduate can apply for an appointment. You forget, I think, that the most important part of Education is contagion. And unfortunately with the current education system, it seems that no one owns it!

What is worse is that the sense of power given to teachers also gives them the "right" to reduce students so easily. It is not easy for someone to "put up" with the teachers. But it is very easy to punish a student.

PS1: Good luck in the students' exams and especially in those who give the difficult fight of the Pancyprian Exams.

PS2: Respect and well done to those who are teachers and love their job.
