Make wonderful fasting crackers with tahini.

Ingredients (for about 1 kg)

  • 160 gr. margarine
  • 150 gr. olive oil
  • 200 gr. powdered sugar
  • 550 g flour for all uses
  • 100 gr. tahini
  • 100 gr. Sesame
  • 1 teaspoon sweet baking powder (15 gr.)

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and cover the oven plate with oil glue.
  • Beat the margarine with the oil and the flour in the mixer with the feather for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • When the dough is homogenized, transfer it to the work surface. 
  • We shape cookies and bake them for about 20 minutes.
