The above element emerged after the court decree lifting the telecommunications secrecy of Mr. Christodoulos. Four phone calls were detected (two a few minutes and two a few seconds) on the same day during which a person from the close family environment of Chr. Christodoulou had been summoned to a meeting at the Legal Service with the then Attorney General Petros Clerides. After this meeting, the person close to his family environment informs Mr. Christodoulou by phone about the upcoming investigation and he repeatedly calls Andreas Vgenopoulos.
This finding of the investigators makes the position of the former commander of Central even more difficult, since he will be called to explain why he took Vgenopoulos and not his "client", Michalis Zolotas.
