The match for the "Paralimni Cup" was the sixth of this year's Pancyprian Shooting Championship OPAP and took place at the shooting range of the Famagusta Free Zone last weekend, July 8 and 9, with the "Kokkinos Supermarket" in Paralimni. The women's and junior sketch and trap races ended on Saturday, while the men and teenagers who threw the first 75 records on Saturday completed their races on Sunday.
In the women's section, Andri Eleftheriou with 74/75 led the final and followed, Panagiota Andreou with 70/75, Konstantina Nikolaou (SKOAM) with 69/75 and the young Sotiria Andreou of SKOEPA with 66/75. Louisa Theofanous of SKOLEY completed the six of the final with 62/75 and the young Anastasia Eleftheriou of SKOLEM with 58/75, who left the test of the final with 14/20 and took the sixth place. The young Sotiria Andreou, with the 66/75 she achieved in the regular race, secured the first place in the junior stage, while in the women's trap, our champion Georgia Konstantinidou of SKOLEY achieved 67/75. In the men of the trap, on the first day Andreas Makris of SKOEPA got "head" with 73/75, while Christoforos Konstantinidis (SKOLEM) had 72/75 and Giannis Ailiotis (SKOEPA) 71/75. In the men's section, three athletes, Giorgos Achilleos (SKOPAF) and the teenagers Christodoulos Kokkinos (SKOEPA) and Nikolas Vassiliou (SKOLEF), completed the first three rounds with only one loss (74/75), while Dimitris Konstantinou had 73 / 75.
