Mr. Hasapopoulos mentioned the building of the Famagusta Land Registry in the RIK show "From day to day". The director of technical control of the Audit Service stated that its area is 2.300 square meters and is rented for 10 euros per square meter.
"This is", he said, "too high a rent for the area where it is located and compared to other offers that had been received and was 3,95 to 7 euros per square meter".
To date, the building is not yet ready for installation, but the rent is paid normally and in parallel with the rent in the other building of the Land Registry, whose contract has not yet been terminated.
