Do not forget breakfast

Start your day with a good breakfast which may include lean dairy, whole grains, seasonal fruits, or even a piece of cake, or a toast or a boiled egg. Prefer honey or some homemade jam. Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day, and you can avoid snacks such as cheese pies, butter croissants, etc.

Prefer fruits and not juices

Fruits fill the stomach because they are rich in fiber, unlike juices which are a concentrated form of energy. After all, fiber helps to solve the problem of constipation that is often observed due to part change.

Snack smartly

If at any time of the day you want to eat something, it can be a carrot or cucumber with lemon or 1-2 fruits or 1 low-fat yogurt that will definitely cool you down and take away the feeling of hunger.

You choose your drinks wisely

Do not order a cocktail that can reach 300 calories, but order a glass of wine or a bottle of beer that contains about 100 calories.
Natural activity
Be sure to swim for at least 1 hour and walk on the sand or play rackets for 30 minutes.

Remove visible fat from the meat you eat

Try to eat lean meats and lightly cooked foods without too much oil, sauces and heavy spices. You need to eat lightly so you can swim. Remember that at least 2 hours must have passed since your last meal.

You do not need to miss the sweet from the summer

Prefer low-fat ice cream or granita or make yogurt jelly. You can also eat dried fruits such as apricots, plums or desserts which contain only carbohydrates and no fat.

Prefer fish and fish appetizers

Avoid fried foods and prefer fish and seafood which dominate the summer accompanied by a little ouzo enough water and lots of ice cubes.

Do not forget the water

Our body needs water more than ever, because it regulates body temperature and prevents dehydration. Water should not be replaced by soft drinks which not only do not quench thirst but also add useless calories.

Avoid fast food

Both in terms of calories and in terms of low quality products. Prefer the traditional skewer of the grill that you trust.
