Naguib Sawiris is married and has four children. Its main activities are telecommunications and the media, according to Forbes. In an interview with Gold magazine in the summer, Sawiris spent a whole month vacationing in Ayia Napa! The marina will have a capacity of 600 berths, while it will have commercial and residential development with a total area of ​​approximately 30.000 sq.m. The first phase of the construction works concerns the marina, while the second phase will include the residential (two towers and mansions) and commercial developments.

For the construction projects alone, it is estimated that more than 800 new jobs will be created by contractors and subcontractors and in addition about 200 people will be employed for the operation and management of the project.

In his statements, the mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Karousos, stated that with the foundation of this project, the foundations for the change of the image of Ayia Napa will be laid. The goal, he said, is for Napa to become the most cosmopolitan resort in the Mediterranean by 2022.

He added that several hotels have already been upgraded, while the new ones will be luxury hotels. The beaches, the area of ​​the monastery and the center of the village will be upgraded where a park will be built, but also the area of ​​the night shops which is already in the drawing room.
