Due to the student parade in Athens, traffic regulations will apply today. Thus, from 7 in the morning, stopping and parking around Syntagma Square is prohibited, while the traffic will be gradually stopped. The metro stations in Syntagma, Acropolis and Evangelismos are closed since the morning, while the building of Nomiki Athinon is also closed.
Extraordinary traffic regulations will take place on Sunday due to the Military Parade for the celebration of the National Anniversary of March 25, which will take place in L.V. Amalias in front of the Monument of the Unknown Soldier. These will include a ban on stopping and parking and a gradual cessation of vehicle traffic.

Small-scale incidents took place on Bucharest Street, shortly before the start of the student parade in Syntagma, for the anniversary of March 25th.
A group of protesters, including representatives of OLME, after clashes with police forces, which were lined up vertically on Bucharest Street, clashed with them and were repulsed without any escalation of tension.
