A 50-year-old man from Ayia Napa was found by the Police lying dead under his motorcycle, on a town street.
According to the Police, shortly after 1 this morning, on a road in Ayia Napa, a patrol of the Force located a 50-year-old man from Ayia Napa lying under his motorcycle, off the road.
An ambulance was called to the scene and transported the 50-year-old to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Famagusta General Hospital, where the doctors on duty determined his death.
The scene was blocked by the Police and the circumstances under which the car accident took place and whether the death of the 50-year-old is unnatural or due to pathological causes are being examined.
The case is being investigated by the Famagusta Traffic Police.
