A big event for young and old will be accompanied by the lighting of the Municipality and our Christmas tree on Sunday, December 2, outside the City Hall of the Savior.
From 4 in the afternoon the streets outside the City Hall will be closed and the little friends will be able to have fun with an inflatable, Santa Claus and other activities while at 6:00 the lighting events will start with the philharmonic band "Armonia" of the Municipality of Paralimni .
Then the Mayor Sotiras will give the signal for the festive lighting of our Municipality and will follow a musical program with the student choir of the High School "Peace and Freedom" and the Municipal Choir Sotira.
In the area of the event there will be a charity bazaar with crafts from the Municipal Volunteer Team and a stand from the Association of Shopkeepers (POVEK) Sotiras.
The festive decoration of our Municipality was voluntarily edited by the art teacher and visual artist Fanis Sergiou together with other volunteers.
