The Municipality of Paralimni, after the highly successful last year's revival of the institution that took place in Protaras, organizes for the third consecutive year the FAMAGUSTA FLOWERS today Saturday 13/5/2017 at 6 p.m. in the cosmopolitan resort of Protaras, with all the splendor and grandeur that befits the happiest and spring celebration of the year.
Protaras Street will wear its goodies again this year and will welcome the participants and the visitors in a spring and floral atmosphere, with sound and fragrant images of SPRING.
Cultural ensembles, organizations, athletes, volunteers, citizens, etc. will participate in a parade - procession accompanied by music and chariots along Protaras Street (hotel boulevard), with the beautiful Star Cyprus 2005 Elena Ierodiakonou as Princess of Spring the chariot of the Municipality of Paralimni and to open the events of the Flower Shops and succeeds last year's successful Queen of Spring, Vasiliki Hatziadamou.
The procession will start from the site of the Famagusta Flood events (above Fig Tree Bay beach) and will end at the Municipal Events Square LEFKOLLA where music and dance events will take place. At the event, there will be many surprises for our little friends such as inflatables, face painting etc.
