On September 8, 2017, the verdict of the Permanent Criminal Court of Larnaca will be announced for the quadruple murder committed in Ayia Napa on June 23, 2016.

At Monday's trial, the lengthy hearing was completed, which began last January with the final speeches of defense attorneys Nikos Dimitriou and Loizos Neophytos and the representative of the Prosecution Elli Papagapiou.

After the speeches, the president of the Criminal Court announced that the decision will be read on September 8, 2017 at 9 in the morning. The verdict concerns the charge of premeditated murder faced by the two defendants, Panagiotis Pentafkas and Dejan Loi.

If the verdict is convicting, the accused will be automatically sentenced to life imprisonment.
