During today's proceedings, Elias Spyrou, who worked as a waiter at The Stone Garden restaurant, testified and in the testimony he gave to the Police, which was submitted as a presumption and was part of his main examination, he stated that on that day work started around 4 afternoon.

He added that around 10 - 10.30 in the evening he went to the kitchen of the restaurant to pick up food for customers, when he heard "very loud continuous shots, first two and then consecutive". He said that with the cook and the cook they went out in the back outer storage of the restaurant, while the shots were heard for 20 - 25 seconds.

As the witness stated in his testimony, he then saw the two children of the Hadjiefthymiou couple, who were sitting at the table of Fanos Kalopsidiotis, shouting. He also noted that when the shootings ended and he entered the restaurant he saw "three players" at the table where the children were sitting and a little further "another player".

Answering questions from the representative of the Prosecution Authority, Elli Papagapiou, Mr. Spyrou said that he knew Panagiotis Kallitsionis, also known as Valentino, who was sitting at another table with the Serbian guard Loy Dejan, whom he pointed out to the defendant.

Examined by Michalis Pikis, Marios Christodoulou's defense attorney, the witness pointed out photos of the table where Panagiotis Kallitsionis was sitting, serving skewers, while the Serbian guard did not order anything to eat.

At the suggestion of Mr. Pikis that there is no plate with food on the specific table in the photo, the witness replied that he served the skewers to Panagiotis Kallitsionis, noting that he did not know whether the plate was then received by another waiter.

To other questions he answered that the Police went to the place about five minutes after they saw the corpses outside the restaurant.

Then Spyros Theofanis, who worked as a cook at The Stone Garden restaurant, testified and in the testimony he gave to the Police, which was submitted as a presumption and was part of his main examination, he stated that on that day he started working at around 4.30 in the afternoon. .

He added that shortly after ten o'clock in the evening he heard gunshots from the kitchen and thought they were "chakras and sparklers like a fair". Then he left the kitchen and went to find his brother, son and daughter-in-law, who were in the restaurant, and put them in the kitchen.

He also mentioned that when the shootings stopped "a child wounded with blood entered the kitchen" (Panagiotis Kallitsionis). Then he came out of the kitchen, he saw "the other policeman Giorgos (Charalambous) is injured in the legs I think". He also said that he saw Fanos Kalopsidiotis dead, two of his guests and a little further down (near the Edelweiss restaurant) another dead man wearing black clothes and his face covered, while further on he saw a pistol on the floor.

Answering questions from Ms. Papagapiou, the witness identified the restaurant from photographs and suggested scenes of the murder. He also mentioned that the injured child was Panagiotis Kallitsionis who he passed through the kitchen and took him out to the back outside of the restaurant which was, as he said "safer".

Examined by Michalis Pikis, the witness said that Valentinos asked for help after he had reported that he was dizzy, while Giorgos (Charalambous, MMAD police officer) was "full-blooded". He added that ambulances arrived at the scene first and "we were trying to persuade their staff to pick up the wounded", then police officers from ADE Famagusta went and then the other units of the Force.

Then Makis Nikolaou, a police officer who serves in the TAE Headquarters and was the handler of the evidence of the case, submitted about 250 out of the total 550 evidence.
