According to information, the Atlantica Group, which owns a large number of hotel units and recently acquired the Kermia Hotel from the Bank of Cyprus, is running a new five-star hotel on the Ayia Napa-Protaras coastal road.
The new hotel unit that will bear the signature of the famous Cypriot architect Giannis Skordas who lives and works in the USA and specifically in New York, will have about 250 rooms, four restaurants of various cuisines and luxury.
The hotel according to our information will be built before the end of 2018 and its cost is estimated at several million euros.
