It is noted that on the same night, on the eve of the National Anniversary of April 1, the Association THI Avgorou organized a ceremony representing the battle of Macheiras and a candlelight vigil thus honoring the anniversary of the National Liberation Struggle of EOKA.
The next day, people who participated in the parade of Avgoros, held with them the burned flags.
This particular phenomenon should immediately concern both the authorities and our Society for the increased phenomena of fanaticism that are observed recently.
