The guilt of the mother of the 12-year-old from Colonos for the crime of pimping but also of pornography (with the distribution of inappropriate material to defendants) at the expense of her daughter, according to information, was proposed by the district attorney in the ongoing closed-door hearing, trial for the case of the sexual abuse of the minor student.
In particular, the prosecutor is reportedly seeking the guilt of the 12-year-old's mother for the crime of pimping in the form of extortion and facilitation, as well as unbearable pressure on the child of emotional blackmail and exhortations in order for him to be extradited.
Even the prosecutor allegedly accepted that the accused mother, through information systems and again in the form of unbearable pressures and urges, allegedly forced the child to produce videos and photos in order to bring her money.
Specifically, according to information, the prosecutor allegedly proposed guilt for the mother for the offenses:
-The distinguished case of pornography as he allegedly distributed material of minors to co-accused
-The distinguished case of pimping with the aggravating circumstance given that she herself is the person who has custody and care of the minor.
Finally, the prosecutor allegedly proposed the mother's guilt for the crime of extortion to the degree of a misdemeanor against the wife of Ilias Michos.
Earlier, the public prosecutor reportedly proposed the discharge of Ilias Michou for the crimes of rape due to doubts, but also for the crime of pimping in the form of coercion (s.s. the public prosecutor in terms of pimping requested a conversion to facilitate the minor to be extradited)

Regarding the second main defendant known as "Michael", the prosecutor's office reportedly requested that he be found guilty of aggravated pimping of a person under the age of 15 for profit and aggravated pornography of a minor under the age of 12. On the contrary, for the specific accused, the prosecutor allegedly asked for his acquittal for having sexual intercourse with a minor for a fee, as it was allegedly argued that it did not appear that he met the 12-year-old.
