Actor Petros Filippidis was recently sentenced to probation, who apologized to the investigator in complete secrecy for a rape and two attempted rapes after an equal number of complaints from his colleagues against him.

The actor was called to apologize by the 15th regular interrogator conducting the investigation, he apologized for the heavy indictment he faces, he denied all the accusations, but his defense allegations did not convince investigators and prosecutors who with their decision showed him the way to the prison.
The first information states that due to the nature of his crimes (sexual crimes) he will be taken either to the prisons of Tripoli or to the prisons of Grevena, without excluding Korydallos.
It is recalled that the investigator handling the case from the first moment immediately rolled up his sleeves to complete this stage of the case.
According to the information, the three alleged victims have already been summoned and testified, confirming what they testified to the prosecutor, while it seems that witnesses in the case have also testified. However, it seems that for one of the two cases of attempted rape, aggravating facts have emerged for the actor. 
He is charged with one count of rape and two counts of attempted murder
It is noted that Petros Filippidis is being investigated for three cases, the first of which concerns a rape committed in 2008, while the other two in attempted rape committed in 2010 and 2014. In fact, in two of the cases he allegedly used theaters in which he worked to carry out - as alleged - indecent acts.
The defendant, while giving explanations through a memorandum to the prosecutor Costas Spyropoulos, denied the accusations and claimed about the woman who complains of rape, that she was the one who was causing problems in his life.
"She was obsessed with me and was always very diffuse. Of course, I never tried to approach her erotically, I did not call her at night, as she claims, nor did I send her text messages. "On the contrary, she kept calling me constantly and persistently, even during the summer holidays, when I was with my family, something that put both me and my wife in a difficult position," he said in his apology.
The complete denial of all accusations, even complaints that were not brought to justice due to statute of limitations was the line that the actor kept. In fact, he had referred to Anna Maria Papacharalambous, claiming that they had an affair, of which his wife was also aware. 
For which cases is he accused?
Petros Filippidis is being investigated for three cases in total. Regarding the rape case, the complainant allegedly went to meet the actor and director in the theater in order to see her for a role. However, according to what she testified, after the discussion they had, he allegedly forced her to commit sexual acts, which constitute rape.
In February 2010, the first of the alleged rape attempts by the actor was reportedly made. According to the complaint of the alleged victim to the SEI, the young actress at the time had visited the great protagonist in the theater because he had told her that he was looking for a replacement for an actor who participated in the show. According to the complaint, the actor allegedly led her to his dressing room, where he tried -according to the allegations- to rape her.
Regarding the second case of attempted rape, the complainant had described in an interview that in August 2014 she had met the actor and director to find a job, but the continuation of the date was unexpected and creepy. The woman got in his car to return home after their appointment, but he drove her to a dead end street in Paleo Psychiko, where according to what he described, he tried to rape her.
