Unexpected death of a boy in Etoloakarnania, aged 12, from a hitherto unknown cause.
The little boy, who had finished primary school and was preparing to go to High School, lived permanently in Athens with his family. For the summer holidays he was a few days ago at his grandparents' house in Thermo.
According to the first information, the little one did not have any health problems, and in fact yesterday afternoon to evening he had dinner at a local tavern. Returning home, he felt unwell and was immediately transferred to the Thermos Health Center.
There it was judged that the child did not have anything to worry about and so he returned home. However, after a period of about three hours the child, unfortunately, exhaled. The tragic end has plunged the area into mourning and clearly raises many questions about the circumstances of the boy's death.
Besides, the procedures for the necropsy-necropsy have already been started in the city of Patras, in order to determine the exact causes that led to the death of the minor angel.
