26 countries are thrown into battle

The countdown to the grand final of Eurovision has begun. At ten o'clock tonight (RIK) the heart of the music competition will beat in Baku, Azerbaijan, where 26 countries will be thrown into the battle for the first place… 

Greece, which will appear in 16th place, is represented by Eleftheria Eleftheriou with her… "aphrodisiac" song, while Cyprus with "La La Love" appears in 8th place.

The undisputed favorite according to the bets is Sweden, followed by the "grandmothers" of Russia who stole the show in the semifinals.

The "placement" of Italy, which competes directly in the final as one of the "Big 5" countries, is also expected to be good. Nina Zilli was the winner of the San Remo festival and her song is called "L'Amore È Femmina".

However, Serbia is also a serious candidate for the first place, with an old acquaintance of Eurovision, Zeliko Jocksimovic.

Presenters of the big night of the final will be last year's singer of Azerbaijan Eldar, Nargir and Leyla, who presented both semifinals.

In the final, all the countries participating in the Eurovision Song Contest vote, regardless of whether they have qualified or not. The score of each country results from the public voting and from a jury, at a rate of 50-50.
