John Isner and Roger Federer made an appointment today for the final of the American tournament in Indian Wells. The tall American tennis player (2,05m) took full advantage of his fast service and with twenty aces managed to eliminate the first in the world ranking, Serb Novak Djokovic with 2-1 sets (7-6 3-6 7-6) and get the ticket for the final, his first final at the ATP Masters 1000 level… 

In the other semifinal yesterday, the Swiss Roger Federer proved once again that, although he has won a Grand Slam final for three years, he is a stable force in tennis. Beat the Spaniard, No. 2 in the world, Rafael Nadal 2-0 (6-3, 6-4).
