The list of Cypriots in Britain who die from coronavirus is getting longer every day.
Among the latest victims is George Georgiou, a well-known London restaurant who owned "Toffs Fish and Chips".
According to an article in Parikiaki, the Cypriot businessman was born in our country in 1958 and moved to London with his parents and siblings in 1964.
In 1976 he started working for the Pizza Express chain and in 1999 he took over the management of the famous restaurant "Toffs Fish and Chips" with his brother. He has received many awards, including Time Out London awards. His restaurant had also received the award as the top in the field of Fish and Chips from Hardens Top.
He was married and left behind two sons.
