Both the family and the school are sacred social institutions through which children are morally educated and shape their personalities, and every developed society must not only protect these institutions but also strengthen and empower them so that they can respond. to the multiple requirements of our ever-changing era, said the Secretary of the Council of Ministers Theodosis Tsiolas.

He was speaking at an artistic event organized by the Federation of Parents 'and Guardians' Associations of Public Secondary and Technical Education Schools in the city and province of Nicosia, entitled "A Suitcase the Valuable Kitapia", directed by Vassilis.

The protagonists and performers of the evening were the performers, Dimitris Fanis and Galatia Zenonos, who collaborate on stage with a large group of artists, which includes the theatrical group Anti-Drones, the dance group Rymvos, led by Panagitos Konstantis , children's choir, under the direction of Achilleas Tsagaridis as well as an eight-member orchestra, conducted by Fotis Mousoulidis.

The purpose of the event, which is primarily charitable but also entertaining, said Mr. Tsiolas, is the financial support of the Solidarity Fund of the Federation, which supports children with serious health problems who need immediate treatment and care abroad. Also, part of the proceeds of tonight's show is intended to support the programs of the Pancyprian, non-governmental and non-profit voluntary organization KENTHEA, which is active in the fight against addiction.

Therefore, he noted, the event confirms once again that Organized Parents of all levels of education perform a remarkable, voluntary and social work. "Besides, it is a common acceptance that with their active action they enhance in various ways the smooth operation of our school units and at the same time they are one of the most basic collaborators of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the human resources of education and the state in general. "Their long-standing and good cooperation with the competent state authorities is based on common goals and objectives and sets as a priority the well-meaning interest, progress and prosperity of our students", he added.
