At least 40 people were injured, including many children
Forty people, including many children, were injured after two school buses collided near Nuremberg.
According to the police spokesman, five people are in critical condition and were transported by helicopter to hospitals. Local media report that seven children are among the injured.
The accident happened near the city of Amerdorf, 20 km from Nuremberg, in the center of Bavaria.
The causes of the conflict are currently unknown.
