Metallica donated $ 100.000 to help those affected by the deadly fires in California while urging their fans to "support those in need."
"Unfortunately, once again, California communities are experiencing devastating wildfires in both the northern and southern parts of the state," the legendary band said in a statement.
All Within My Hands will donate $ 50.000 to the North Valley Community Foundation and $ 50.000 to the Los Angeles Fire Department to provide services to victims in shelters.
"We would like to encourage you to join us in supporting those in need and our rescuers by donating money, offering food, clothing and other supplies, or volunteering your time or providing temporary housing," the statement said.
Just two weeks ago, the American band gave a concert in San Francisco to raise money for the All Within My Hands Foundation, whose mission is to “create sustainable communities by supporting workforce training, fighting hunger, and offering other services ”.
