Evan Rachel Wood claims that her ex, Marilyn Manson, who is accused of sexual abuse, threatened to "rape" her 8-year-old son, Jack, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
The report states that the allegation was made in a statement submitted in April in the context of the ongoing dispute between the actress and her ex-husband, Jamie Bell, over custody.
Documents state that Manson's alleged threats forced Evan Rachel Wood to increase security at her home - including the installation of bulletproof glass, a steel door and fence - and to move from Los Angeles (where she still lives) to Los Angeles. .
"I'm very concerned for the safety of our child when he is in Los Angeles," the 34-year-old Westworld actress said of herself and Bell's son in documents, according to the Daily Mail.
He added that "I am very afraid of the alleged perpetrator", referring to the 52-year-old singer, with whom he dated from 2006 to 2010.
"I have suffered serious, physical and emotional trauma from his hands and I am afraid that he will seek revenge against me because I testified, harming me, our son and members of my family."
Marilyn Manson is under investigation on charges of sexual abuse and trafficking, as more than 12 women - including Wood - have accused him of misconduct.
Wood also claimed in the documents that another alleged victim of Manson recorded the singer saying that he had taken pictures of her children and even received their social security codes.
According to the Daily Mail, the 35-year-old Bell filed a lawsuit in response, saying that Wood's allegations "are unreliable".
"I honestly do not understand what is happening," he said. "Either Evan's claims that she is receiving death threats are true and Jack is not safe in her care, or they are not true and she is holding our son for other reasons of her own invention."
