Sources said before the departure of Gidirim and according to Daily Sabah, that "the meetings between Gildirim and Theresa May will focus on the sectors of the economy between the two countries, security and defense, regional developments and mainly in Iraq and Syria. in relations with the European Union, the Cyprus issue and the war on terror ". 


The economic relations between the two countries have greatly improved in the last two years. 

During his visit, Gildirim is expected to meet with international investors and directors of British companies. The last visit of the Turkish Prime Minister to Great Britain was last May.
