Reactions are mounting against the newly appointed Turkish Finance Minister, Nureddin Nebati, within the AKP, a fact that could lead to his removal, comments the respected Turkish journalist, Murat Getkin.
The reasons behind the reactions against the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs are that:
- In a meeting with investors, instead of supporting the statements of the Turkish president about "foreign forces", Nebati spoke of "distrust" of the government.
- Degraded the anxiety of millions of people about the economy
- Nebati's brother, Seydullah Nebati, predicted that the interest rate would be reduced by 1 point one day before the decision of the Turkish Central Bank, which means that he had inside information, with the result that some people speculated with this announcement.
