At least six people have been killed in an explosion at a chemical plant in the Czech Republic in Kralupinad-Vltavo, north of Prague. There are many injured, many and serious.
The plant is owned by UniPetrol, about 30 km north of the Czech capital, the Fire Department said.
"We have received information about six dead and other seriously injured," said Vladimira Kerekova, a spokeswoman for the Central Bohemian Region Fire Department, according to CTK. Prague's Vinohranty Hospital has been declared an emergency and is preparing to receive a "significant number" of patients.
