The authorities were alerted in the early hours of Monday 15/4 after an explosion occurred in a hotel in the area of Pyla.
According to information, the incident occurred at 2:30 in the morning when unknown persons tried to cause damage to a hotel under renovation.
The explosion caused damage to the facade of the hotel.
The scene was cordoned off by members of the Police with the investigation continuing.
