Chaos scenes unfolded in the Parliament of Armenia. Deputies were caught in the crossfire after a ruling party lawmaker described some of the country's former defense ministers as "traitors".
The climate in the Armenian political world is particularly "explosive" after the country's military defeat in Nagorno-Karabakh last year, when Azerbaijani forces forced Armenians to flee large areas of territory they had controlled since the 90s.

In the clip that is making the rounds of the internet, members of the security staff of the Parliament appear to invade the meeting room, trying to calm the spirits. The sitting of the parliament was interrupted due to the unacceptable scenes that took place.
